Your privacy matters to me, and I only ever collect what I need to reply to you and look after you well. Here's the short version — if you'd like my full privacy policy, just ask and I'll be glad to share it.
What I collect: when you contact me by form, text or phone, I'll have your name, your contact details and whatever you choose to tell me. Before your first treatment I'll ask you to complete a short intake form, which may include health-related details so I can make sure Reiki is suitable for you.
How it's kept: messages from the website form come straight to my personal email inbox. Intake forms and session notes are kept as private paper records. I don't store client records in the cloud, and this website uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
How I use it: only to reply to you, arrange and provide your sessions, and keep appropriate treatment records. I'll never sell your information or share it with anyone else, unless I'm legally required to or there's a genuine concern for someone's safety.
Your choices: you can ask me at any time to show you what I hold, correct it, or delete it. Just get in touch at kelliepage22@outlook.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
